Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We Only Ship Within Canada

Please do not try to use a mail forwarding service to ship outside of Canada as your package will 100% be intercepted.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Delivery Providers
We use Canada Post to ship your order and we are not liable for:
• mistakes made by Canada Post
• wrong address given by customers
• damage to order by postal service
• PO box issues
• stolen packages after delivery

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons.

Shipment Destinations and P.O. boxes
Dose.land only ships to addresses within Canada, including P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 2pm PST will only be processed the following business day.

Damages
Dose.land is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
