Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within Canada. 🙂

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge $20 per order Canada wide. Orders over $99 receive free shipping. All orders shipped through Canada Post.

When will my order be shipped?

We generally send orders made by 2pm(PST) out same day and all other orders next business day.

How long will my package take to arrive?

We ship via Canada Post. Typically, packages arrive within 2-8 business days.

After completing the checkout and payment process, your order will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once your order is shipped with Canada Post, you will receive an email notification that your order has been 'Completed' and a tracking link to monitor the shipment's progress.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Nunavut members may experience slightly longer shipping times due to their remote location

How do you package items?

All products are carefully packaged in smell-proof containers. We post in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of contents.

Can you have the delivery person call me when it arrives?

No, we can not make any specific requests to Canada Post. Your items will arrive just like any mail. Please ensure that the mail person has access to your mailbox.

I didn’t give you my unit number and didn’t receive my package?

As per our shipping policy if you do not provide the full and correct address we will not be able to assist you with a lost or returned package. If you live in a building, you must provide your unit number.

It's been X amount of days, and I still haven’t received my package.

As Canada Post doesn’t guarantee delivery times, we can’t be certain your items will arrive within the typical estimated arrival times. Please be patient as sometimes there are delays. If you believe your package is missing please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Sorry, everything goes through the mail. But if you're local, that means you’ll see it real soon.
